3. Updated Exam Pattern and Final Selection
Bank of India has revised its exam syllabus for this cycle, eliminating traditional Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning sections. The process now focuses strictly on specialized competencies:
- Online Written Examination: A 120-minute computer-based test comprising 125 objective questions.
- English Language: This section is strictly qualifying; marks do not count toward the final merit list.
- Professional Knowledge: The primary testing segment covering credit management and banking operations. Performance here determines shortlisting for the next phase.
- Negative Marking: Incorrect answers carry a penalty of 0.25 marks.
