Selection Mode
Shortlisting
- Mere fulfilment of the minimum qualifications and experience does not guarantee a call for an interview.
- The parameters for shortlisting will be decided by the shortlisting committee, which is appointed by the Bank.
- The Bank will select a sufficient number of applicants to be shortlisted for interviews.
- No correspondence will be accepted in this regard; the Bank’s decision to call candidates for an interview is final.
Interview
- The interview will carry 100 marks.
- The qualifying marks for the interview will be determined by the Bank, and no correspondence will be accepted in this regard.
Interview cum CTC Negotiation
- A common interview cum The Bank may form a CTC negotiation committee to work with the candidates to negotiate the CTC during the interview process.
- The CTC negotiation committee may need to fix a CTC based on the chosen candidate’s current CTC.
- The CTC will be split 85:15 between Fixed Pay and Variable Pay.
Merit List
- The interview scores alone will determine the descending order of the merit list for selection.
- In the event that multiple candidates receive the same amount of points (common marks at the cut-off point), the candidates will be listed in the merit list in decreasing age order.
