Reliance Salary Details
For IIT Graduates: The starting salary is INR 9 Lakh per year, which goes up to INR 9 50 Lakh per year, and there is also an additional ACB of INR 1.05 Lakh per year after 12 months. A bonus of INR 5 Lakh will be paid after two years from the date of proof.
For Non-IIT Graduates: The starting pay is INR 7.50 Lakh per year, which will go up to INR 8.00 Lakh per year after 12 months, plus an additional ACB of INR 0.88 Lakh per year. There will also be a deferred bonus of INR 3 Lakh after two years after the confirmation.
