Educational Qualification
- Junior Stenographer (Water Resources): HSC or equivalent, Stenography certificate, Basic Computer Skills.
- Junior Stenographer (Advocate General, Odisha): Bachelor’s Degree, 80 WPM shorthand (English & Odia), Computer Applications knowledge.
- Junior Stenographer (Treasuries & Inspection): +2 (any stream), 80 WPM shorthand (English & Odia), Basic Computer knowledge.
- Junior Grade Typist (Prisons & Correctional Services): HSC or equivalent, Basic Computer Skills.
- Typist-Scribe Assistant (Law Department): +2 or equivalent, 40 WPM typing (English), 20 WPM typing (Odia), Basic Computer Applications.
Age Limit
To be eligible for Junior Stenographer (Water Resources Department & Advocate General, Odisha) and Typist-Scribe Assistant positions, candidates must be aged 21 to 32 as of January 1, 2025. For Junior Stenographer (Directorate of Treasuries) and Junior Grade Typist (Prisons & Correctional Services) roles, the age limit is 18 to 32 years.

Selection Process
