Mahadiscom Recruitment 2024 Last Date Extended for Vidyut Sahayak, Check Eligiblity Criteria, Important Dates, Selection Process and Apply Online: An official notice requesting applications for Vidyut Sahayak jobs was recently released by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. (MAHADISCOM). 5374 positions in all have been made available for the same.
The deadline for submitting applications is June 20, 2024, with the online application process opening on March 1st, 2024. Within this time frame, all applications and fee payments must be completed.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed the Secondary School (Madhyamik) test or possess an equivalent qualification under the 10+2 education system in order to be eligible for the Vidyut Sahayak post. In addition, candidates must have either completed a two-year Electrical/Wiring Diploma accredited by the Maharashtra State Board of Vocational Examinations or hold a National Vocational Training Certificate in Electrical/Wiring given by the National Council for Vocational Training, New Delhi.
Age requirements: To be considered for the Vidyut Sahayak position, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 27.
Application Fee of MAHADISCOM Vidyut Sahayak
The application fee for candidates applying under the Open Category is Rs. 250, plus a GST charge. Individuals who are classified as Orphans, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), or members of the Backward Classes (BC) must pay an additional tax of Rs. 125. However, there is no application fee for veterans and people with disabilities (PWDs). Online payment methods are required for all payments.
Selection Process for Vidyut Sahayak Position
There are two primary steps in the selection process for the MAHADISCOM Vidyut Sahayak position.
Technical Ability Test (Online Examination): multiple-choice questions covering reasoning, safety procedures, electrical concepts, quantitative aptitude, and Marathi language proficiency are included in this online exam. To go on to the next phase, candidates must do well on this exam.
