The monthly salary for Agricultural Officers (AO) is between ₹43,100 and ₹83,900. Assistant Agricultural Officers (AAO) earn between ₹40,900 and ₹78,200 per month.
Educational Qualification
- For the position of Agricultural Officer (AO), candidates are required to hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- For the role of Assistant Agricultural Officer (AAO), applicants must have completed a Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or an equivalent qualification.
Age Limit
If you want to apply, you must be at least 18 years old but no older than 38. However, if you’re in Group 2A, 2B, 3A, or 3B, you can be up to 41. And if you’re in SC/ST or Category-1, you can be up to 43.
