The Karnataka government is hiring for several jobs including Junior Engineer, Water Supplier, Health Inspector and Librarian. Applications for these positions closed in March on the KPSC website (kpsc.kar.nic.in).

People who applied are now waiting for their admit cards (hall tickets) to take a Kannada language test. This test, along with a written exam and checking of documents, will be used to choose the Junior Engineers. The admit cards will be uploaded online by KPSC at least 5 days before the test date.

The exam has two parts: Part 1 and Part 2. Each part has 100 questions and is worth 100 points. Each correct answer is worth 1 point. All questions are multiple choice. You have 1.5 hours to complete Part 1 and 2 hours to complete Part 2. You will lose 1/4 point for each incorrect answer.
