JKSET 2024 Notification Released, Check Application schedule, Important Dates, Eligibility Details, Selection Criteria, and Link Here Now: To fill assistant professor positions in J&K and Ladakh Union Territories colleges and universities, the state eligibility tests for Jammu & Kashmir (JKSET) and Ladakh (LASET) have been released for the year 2024. This eligibility test, which will be administered by the University of Jammu, is scheduled for October 20, 2024. 41 individuals will take the test at the centers in Jammu, Srinagar, and Leh.

Eligibility Details

  • Candidates who want to be considered for JKSET/LASET 2024 must fulfill certain educational requirements. Candidates must have graduated with a Master’s degree or its equivalent with at least 55% of the possible points from an accredited university. The SC, ST, and PwD candidates only need to meet 50% of this requirement.
  • Applicants may also apply provisionally if they are still awaiting their Master’s degree results or if their exams have been postponed.
  • Holders of PhDs who passed their Master’s degree exam by September 19, 1991, are qualified for a 5% aggregate mark relaxation.
