The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) is looking for new recruits to become Navik (General Duty) and Yantrik (Electrical, Mechanical & Electronics). They will be holding a computer-based exam called the Coast Guard Enrolled Personnel Test (CGEPT) in September 2024. The exam will take place at different locations across India. This is for the 01/2025 batch.

If you want to become a Navik (GD) or Yantrik in the Indian Coast Guard (ICG), you need to pass a computer test (CBT) and other selection stages. People who applied are waiting for their admit cards to be released. The ICG will release the admit cards online on their website (joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in) at least 5 days before the exam. Basically, you can’t take the test unless you have the admit card, which you’ll get online a few days before.

ICG Navik (GD) – Selection Mode

ICG Navik & Yantrik – Examination Schedule

  3. A new page will be open on the screen.

  6. Now, click on the download link of the admit card.
  7. After downloading, take a coloured printout of the admit card for exam appearance.
