Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
To be eligible for Graduate Apprentice Engineer roles, you’ll need a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in a relevant discipline like Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university. For Diploma Apprentice positions, a Diploma in Engineering or Technology in a related field from a recognized board is necessary.
Non-Engineering Graduate Apprentice applicants should possess a B.Com, B.Sc., B.A., BCA, or BBA degree from a recognized institution. ITI Apprentice roles require completion of a relevant ITI trade with NCVT/SCVT certification.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age as of May 8, 2025. Age relaxations are applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PWD, and EWS categories according to Government of India rules.
Application Fee
There is no application fee for applying to any of the apprentice posts under the GTRE Apprenticeship 2025. Candidates can apply free of cost.
